This 1919 home was full of charm and character, but it needed a fresh perspective. The goal for this renovation was to preserve the home's original architecture while bringing in bold personality and modern-day functionality.

Original trim and vintage details were thoughtfully preserved, while each space was elevated with rich materials, playful patterns, and striking finishes. From the dramatic tile and brass fixtures to the colorful wallpaper and moody palettes, every room reflects a careful balance of old and new, bringing fresh life to a home that has a full history.
